Information for Poster Presentation

Poster format
All posters must be prepared in English.
Please bring your poster in portrait style (format A0, portrait format, H119 x W84 cm).
No other formats are allowed! Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.
Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of posters as given in the Programme.
Please note the posters must be hung on the day of the presentation by 12:00 and taken down at the end of the poster session.
Mounting material will be provided on site.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PRINT THE POSTERS ONSITE.
