Abstract submission online procedure is opened.
Abstracts are invited from the scientific community from research scholars for oral, poster presentations. All the accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book and remain available online and in hardcopy.
Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.
General guidelines:
- Details of the presenting author should be mentioned accurately as these will be provided in certificate.
- Name of the abstract file should be written in this format [SFEC_2026_Name of presenting author_oral/ poster]
- Abstracts must be original and must not have been published or presented at any other conference
- Kindly mention the submission category (Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation) in the Word file.
- Title should be in font “Times new roman”, 12 point, bold, center aligned
- Authors name should be written as – Last Name First Name1, font 11 point, italics, not bold, aligned
- Presenting author name should be underlined
- Affiliation of authors should be written as “Department of the author, Institute of the author”, font 9 point, italics
- Affiliation should also be mentioned as numbers in superscript with author name
- Email ID of presenting as well as corresponding author should be mentioned
- Abstract: Main text font 11 point, maximum 250 words, references cited
- Acknowledgement(s): Font 9 point, italics
- References: Font 9 point, not italics, not bold, maximum 5
- Reference format: Authors (Year) journal name: volume, page number
